Yesterday we paid a little visit to Pulse London at Olympia to check out a wide range of giftware and goodies from a host of brilliant makers and designers. Pineapples and flamingoes were a-plenty amid a colour collection of new and old companies all selling their beautiful products. We came away from Pulse with a ‘Wish List’ as long as our arm and can’t wait to be able to catch some of these products in the shops soon. Notable mention goes to Jot Paper Co. who launched their brand new stationery range at the event and with such a cool stand we just couldn’t resist stopping for a chat. We also loved the super-fun satchel range from Engel and the tropical greetings card range from Dowse Design.
Last weekend we were lucky enough to trial some of our new stationery at our first Crafty Fox Market at the Geoffrey Museum in Hoxton.
We were thrilled that our stuff was so well received and we got to meet lots of lovely fellow designers and crafters – not forgetting our wonderful customers too!
It was especially great to work alongside the talented Kate Slater, Naomi Eden, Ubyme & Now the Moon in the ‘uncovered’ room. We also got a new mate for our studio (courtesy of Liv & Dom) who christened our little ceramic fella “Franklin Goldboots.”
All in all, it was a great weekend and we couldn’t recommend it more – so make sure you get yourselves to the next Crafty Fox Market!
Last night we attended the preview of A Most Curious Wedding Fair’s London show at the Old Truman Brewery on Brick Lane and we absolutely loved it! We’ve never been to a more cool, stylish, creative wedding show; the curation of the fair was seamless and we especially loved this years theme which was ‘bush and wood’.
It’s so refreshing to go to a show that is truly original and embraces all things alternative for the savvy couple who just want something a bit different. We’ve added a few snaps from our favourite sections to give you an idea of what to expect but we’d thoroughly recommend you pop by and see it for yourself!
