Q: How will my order be sent?
A: Your order will be posted to you via Royal Mail First Class Recorded Delivery. Postage and packaging costs are additional and will be detailed on your invoice. If you would prefer us to use an alternative delivery service, please send your request to email@example.com.
Q: Can you ship to customers based outside of the UK?
A: Yes we can. Please bear in mind, the amount charged for postage will be higher and the time it takes for your order to arrive will be longer.
Q: Who is responsible if my items are damaged during transit?
A: We cannot be held responsible for any damages incurred once your items have been posted. However, if you inform us of any damages within seven days of delivery we will do our best to ensure these are replaced for you.
